yes. i often feel like my voice isn't heard when it's important, or like when i try to say anything about myself, it's just a stutter. so often- i write what i'm thinking/feeling just so i'll have it said. just so it will be out there, whether it's read by the person i'm speaking to or not.

and then sometimes- i need to write the people i love. so maybe, when people look back into the past, they'll come along this little scratched out poem and think, "i really wish i had known this person." because they're so wonderful and so incredible, and if my words can do anything, i'd like it to capture that for just a few people.
